Method

Choose between transfer printing, screen printing or embroidery.

Transfer printing

Transfer printing is versatile and suitable for most items. It is also cost-effective, especially for quantities between 1-100. You can find out more about this method here.

Screen printing

Screen printing uses a different technique to transfers but acheives a similar result. Instead of cutting the design from vinyls or printing it onto a vinyl and then onto the item, the design is applied directly to the garment using coloured inks. Screen printing is generally most cost effective on orders over 100 units. For anything under this we will normally quote for transfer printing. Find out more here.

Embroidery

Machine embroidery is a great way to apply your logo or design to any item. Your artwork is first set up digitally before being stitched directly onto the garment. This is suitable for any quantity. You can read more about our embroidery services here.

Style

Customisation is broken down into three different styles, as explained below.

Logos

Choose this option if you already have a logo that you would like us to apply to your items. If you would like us to tweak your design or even create one from scratch you can still place an order online, simply contact us to discuss your needs.

Numbers

Select this option to add numbers to your items. Our default numbers (below) are suitable for any sport or occasion, however, we can apply any style at your request.

Text

If you simply want plain text added to your items, choose this option and then type your desired text. You can add the same text to every product, or go by individual sizes.

Size

All logos, numbers and text can be separated into two sizes.

Small

Select small if your design is 100 cm2 or under. This is ideal for breast, pocket, sleeve, nape of neck and similar applications.

Large

Choose this option if your logo does not qualify as small. This will be suitable for chest, stomach, back applications or sponsor logos, squad numbers, names etc. Generally large logos are up to 500 cm2.

Positioning

Choose from the most popular positioning or provide your own.

Our online customisation tool allows you to choose from the most commonly used positioning for each design. If you can't find what you're looking for, simply select 'other' and tell us your requirements at the checkout stage.

Colours

Let us know what colour(s) to use in your design.

If you are providing a logo simply tell us whether it is one or multi-colour. We will then match the colours to your requirements. For numbers / text, choose from our range of stock colours or select 'other' to provide your own.

Artwork & Logo Upload

Use this information to ensure you supply your artwork in the correct format.

We can work with most artwork formats so long as they are of a good quality. We prefer .PDF, .EPS, .JPEG, .TIFF, .AI. formats if possible. Once we've received your artwork we will always provide a proof before proceeding with any new personalisation. If your design needs tweaking at all we can help you out with that too.
