Our multi-head embroidery machines allow us to produce over 50,000 units of embroidered clothing and accessories per week, all held to the highest standards of quality control without compromising on cost effectiveness.

How it Works

The garment is first framed up by hand to hold the fabric in place, before being fixed onto the embroidery machine. The design is then loaded onto the machine's computer from a digital file which we create from your artwork, allowing it to be stitched directly onto the garment.

Suitable Designs

Embroidery is suitable for most designs and logos which use block colours, i.e., those which do not have gradients or shading. Multicolour designs are fine. You can see some examples of designs suitable for embroidery below, or contact us for further details.

Suitable Quantities

Although there is no minimum order, embroidery is generally used for quantities of 10 units or above. This is because the set-up fees involved generally make transfer printing more cost effective for non-intricate designs of 10 units or less.
